At Huda the Label, we take great care in creating and delivering our garments. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read the following policy carefully before submitting a return.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Please include your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
We only offer refunds for damaged or faulty products or for receiving the wrong order.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, we offer store credit only (no refunds) under the following conditions:

Request made within 14 days of receiving your order

Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition

All original tags, ribbons, and packaging must be attached and intact
Store credit is:

Issued via email

Valid for three (3) years

Non-refundable and non-transferable
❌ Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind returns.
Refunds (Faulty Items Only)
Refunds are only available if an item is deemed faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method

Faults must be reported within 14 days of delivery

Incorrect sizing (can exchange), or change of mind are not considered faults
Return Conditions
All returned items must:

Be sent back within 14 days of approval

Be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused

Have all tags and original packaging intact
Each return is assessed individually.
If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to decline the return and send it back to you at your expense.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty
Exchanges
To initiate an exchange, contact us at info@hudathelabel.com when you receive your order. After the 14 day period has passed, the order becomes ineligible to exchange/return. We will send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your order to.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, will send the exchanged items at our expense.
Processing Time
Once your return is received:

Please allow 2–5 business days for assessment

You will be notified by email of the outcome

Store credit (if approved) will be issued via email

Refunds (faulty items only) may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank
Late or Unapproved Returns
Returns received outside the 14-day window or not meeting this policy may be declined.
If declined, items may be returned to your delivery address at your expense.
Policy Updates
Huda the Label reserves the right to update this Returns & Exchanges Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately once published on our website.
