At Huda the Label, we aim to process and deliver your order as smoothly as possible. Please review the details below before placing your order.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia only.

International shipping is not available at this time; we hope to offer it in the future. Updates will be shared on our website and social channels when this becomes available.


Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, it will be processed and dispatched once the item becomes available.

  • Estimated dispatch timeframes for pre-orders are listed in the product description

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available.


Delivery Times (Australia)

We offer the following shipping options within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping rates and final delivery costs are displayed at checkout.

Please note:

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST are typically dispatched within 48 hours

  • Processing times are separate from shipping times

  • Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or NSW public holidays

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can track your parcel using the link provided in that email and receive live updates from the courier.


Delivery Responsibility

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will assess whether it is safe to leave your parcel. If not, a card will be left with instructions for redelivery or collection from your local post office.

Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the order passes to the customer.

Huda the Label is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the courier directly to lodge an investigation.


Delays

Shipping times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or peak periods.

Huda the Label is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.


Taxes & Duties

All orders are shipped from Australia.

  • Australian customers will not be charged duties or additional taxes upon delivery

  • As we currently ship within Australia only, international duties and taxes do not apply at this time


Changes to This Policy

Huda the Label reserves the right to update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately once published on our website.
